TransferWise is an app that you can use to send money to anyone in the world, quickly and cheaply. It's a smart app, but it can be a little confusing at first. We've created this blog to help you get started with TransferWise. You can also download our  TransferWise app guide, which gives you all the information you need to use the app. What is TransferWise? TransferWise is a way of sending money overseas at a cheap rate. It's an app that lets you send money to friends and family in other countries.

Features

With this app, you can send money with no hidden fees, saving you up to 8% of the transfer amount. You can send and receive money from your friends, family and co-workers, as well as pay your bills, all in your local currency. TransferWise is the only money transfer service that is built for the internet age and that uses the real mid-market exchange rate. Using TransferWise is as easy as sending an email or text.

Design

The app has an easy and clean design. It's not overloaded with features. It's easy to use and you can start your transfer without any instructions. The design is very consistent across all platforms: Web, iOS, Android. The app design is minimalistic, but it's also neat, simple and pleasant. The app is not overloaded with buttons or other interactive elements.

Usability

The app is easy to use and it's fun to keep track of your money as it travels between nations. The animations have been well thought through and I love how you can see the banks in the background and the money moving from country to country. The only thing I can complain about is that if you want to send money to someone in the UK, the app defaults to the Euro, and you have to change it to pounds, which is a bit annoying.

Conclusion

TransferWise is the only money transfer service that is built for the internet age and that uses the real mid-market exchange rate. Using TransferWise is as easy as sending an email or text. The app is easy to use and it's fun to keep track of your money as it travels between nations.
